Last weekend, I ate chicken again. The Nando's Peri Peri Sauce worked out really well for me and made my air fried chicken tastes so good.
One tip I can give (not my original idea obviously) is to add butter about 2-3 minutes before the chicken is cooked. Somehow butter makes the air fried chicken taste even better.
Kittie Kat always has this wide eyed look. She was probably startled to see me because I am usually not home on Saturday.
Ah Boi was also hanging out nearby.
I ate the chicken with hard boiled eggs.
And a serving of kimchi and sauerkraut.
Lunch was so satisfying.

Ah Boi is very sweet and she responds when I call out to her whereas Kittie Kat and Poodie will just make dunno. LOL!
