I am very resolute in my attempt to stay as carnivore as possible. The only way to reap benefits is to stay consistent.
This was lunch yesterday. The mixed pork soup consisting of meat and innards.
I even specified "no vegetables" but forgot to tick "no meatballs". This bowl of soup was super loaded and super delicious.
It was this good.
I bought sliced pork belly from Hank's Jaya Grocer.
Cooked in the air fryer at 200C for 10 minutes.
It was very crispy around the edges.
And then there were leftovers from Sunday.
I reheated in the air fryer at 160C for 8 minutes.
So that was dinner.

Ah Boi is very sweet. She is the only one who will allow me to cuddle her for as long as I want.
Deletei can eat pork belly with kimchi daily without getting bored with the same food every day. The only thing is that it is pricey and i couldn't afford these on daily basis, lol!
