Yesterday I was in public holiday mood hah..hah..hah... And it was all quiet at the office. My clients (I presume) were all on leave and they left me in peace. Yeah!

At Uptown 7 there is a pickle ball court.
Next to it is a cafe, Operator 21.
Coffee. Culture. Conversation. I hope the coffee is good and I will come check Operator 21 soon.
At lunch I went to Red Kettle. The Ice Classic Cappuccino made me go mmmmm... at first sip. This is so so good! Every time.
I revisited the Chicken Bakar N Rice. The chicken was a bit dry this time but overall it was good.
I loved the condiments.
I wished I could have another drink. I could. But I didn't want to spend more money. Besides it might keep me from falling asleep at bedtime (never mind that the next day is a holiday, I still want to keep my schedule).
I saw this rose plant outside a Thai restaurant.

This morning I did my household chores while listening to The Nerve, my favorite channel on Youtube.

ReplyDeleteI love all your photos. I would not want to clean windows on buildings like that, it is a very dangerous job and many have lost their lives doing it.
LOL! That video made me laugh too and that's why I shared it here. It's so cute! Oh ya, that job is certainly not for the weak hearted. I respect those workers who risk their lives to make an honest and decent living.

ReplyDeleteMy dear friend, no need to apologise or be sorry for my gamey lamb...Burnin' Pit should be the ones who are sorry! >_< There's no way they didn't know about their gamey lamb (and its quality) as you can smell the gaminess outright...but still proceeded to serve them. Although I did enjoy the tacos, that is probably not enough for me to make a return visit since their speciality, the meat platter was such a letdown. Hope you enjoy the tacos and Philly cheese sandwich when you revisit.

DeleteAh, I just felt bad that it was not a good experience for you and your friends. I would complained to them seeing that it was a pricey meal and serving stinky lamb is not acceptable.
