In my previous post I mentioned that I wanted to eat Pork Fajitas but my plan was foiled by heavy evening rain.
So come Saturday, I went to The Charcoal Grill to appease my craving.
The Fajitas with Charcoal Grilled Pork serves 2 pax but I was confident it could serve one of me. Hah! But just in case, I brought along a container.
And then I ordered the Fajitas with Charcoal Grilled Pork.
The pork was served in a cast iron pan with a separate wooden board housing 6 pieces of tortilla, cheese, guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream and lime.
I was also give a laminated card with instructions on how to assemble the tortilla (I forgot to snap a photo).
But I was allowing myself to enjoy the tortilla. Yes, all 6 pieces. When I was down to my last tortilla, the good natured server came by to let me know that I could top up at RM2.00 per pieces. Earlier, when taking my order, he kindly offered to pack what I could not finish.
Don't underestimate this auntie. Again, my poor container went hungry LOL!
This charcoal grilled pork was very tasty and if I ordered this again, I might forgo the tortillas, cheese and sour cream and enjoy the pork fajitas on its own with the guacamole, tomato salsa and lime.

Good morning! A big eater like me aren't sure if I can finish all those looking at the 6 pieces of tortilla. To think that you finished them all, I salute you!
ReplyDeleteGood morning! I think you can muahahaha!!!
DeleteDear friend, I am not a fan of Mexican cuisine because I find it too hot and spicy. I do love ❤️ Greek food, though, and Chinese.
ReplyDeleteI love all your photos and quote.
Oh, come to think of it, the fajitas were not spicy at all. Some of my family members are also not fond of spicy food.
DeleteU very keng ๐ช to wrap all and ate all. I am too lazy to wrap so I will do as you say, just eat the pork with same sides without the wrap. The pork dish looks so tasty ๐๐คค ok, put in my list to eat d
ReplyDeleteThanks for the review ๐
hee..hee.. It can get messy when the ingredients slip out of the wrap.
