DeleteThe meats at Gu On always look good...except for the banchan (not much choice). It looks like only one type (all same colour)....just kimchi?
ReplyDeleteOh, they have a few choices, just that I preferred only the kimchi. That day they had pasta salad and something else. They used to have apple slaw which is really good.
DeleteWay back in 1998, I started eating by myself in eateries one and off and didn't feel anything strange by doing so. It didn't even occur to me that people would view lone diners as being anything different from group diners. ๐

I was also a lone quiet kid and I am still am LOL! When Gu On first opened, not many people and I went there quite frequently. So that's how they remember me.
