Food trucks are now a familiar sight in many areas. On one of my walks one day, I will check out all the food trucks in my area. They are at almost every corner selling food and drinks.
I wonder what is the Dinosaur Rice Roll. It is probably a super sized one judging from the price RM35.00.
Parked behind Ah Maa's Taiwan Rice Roll is this yellow truck Mad Bebek. Bebek is Indonesian for duck.
They have three levels of chili heat - from the mildest - sweat starter to tongue burner - and the strongest - game over hah..hah...
Besides food truck, there also have these makeshift stalls that are set up in the morning and leave once they are sold out. This one is strategically located outside Public Bank.
These are mostly for the breakfast crowd and they usually sell nasi lemak, fried noodles, karipap (curry puffs) and kueh (traditional cakes).
I try to avoid using (non-stick) baking paper to reduce exposure to chemicals. It fits beautifully in my air fryer.
I love the red and yellow colours of this truck and the menu! Very attractive and eye-catching! The quote is lovely, as always!
ReplyDeleteSo you like the beef when the meat is fatty? I assume this is because there is more flavour? I always find there is a lot of flavour in fat and bone! For example, I love pork chops but the ones with the bone, not the boneless ones. I do trim the fat off my meat, but I leave a little on, because it does give it flavour and makes it moister. At least this is what I think.
Thank you so much for sharing your posts, and I enjoy reading them and seeing your wonderful photos.
Oh yes, fatty meat is a lot tastier than lean. Me too, prefer bone-in meat instead of fillet. The bones makes it tastier. Thank you so much for your visits and comments, I appreciate it very much!

Deletereally uniquely Malaysia....one can find random kiosk/food trucks/stalls in the middle of walkway, in front of police station or bank, or at parking lot. Sometimes just at unexpected place! Then it vanishes out-of-sudden a few weeks/months later and another one pop up!
ReplyDeleteThat's why it is very hard to go on a diet! LOL!
