DiYiTai Plus, Damansara Uptown (Menu)

Near the end of June 2025, I was walking back from Damansara Jaya when I spotted a new restaurant.

DiYiTai Plus.

Since their menu was placed outside the eatery (it was their second day), this madam took the liberty to flip through the pages.

Ah! This I can eat any time. Omelette Rolls with all sorts of fillings, even bacon!

Mee Suah soup.

Rice and noodle meals.

More rice and noodle meals.

Sesame oil chicken, pork, liver and or a mix.

More deep fried chicken.

Bento meals.

Noodles.

This one is my favorite - Vinegar Pork Knuckles.

Pork ribs soup.

Vegetables.

And desserts galore!

These would be very nice for the current hot weather.

Ooohhh... taro desserts!

More desserts.

Apparently they have branches in Penang, Kedah and Perak.

This is their location (same row as Dapor Cik Oli) which is I'm afraid one of the dead zones in Damansara Utama.

Sure, traffic zooms past fast and furious but foot traffic along this row of shops is low.

I hope DiYiTai Plus does well. I will visit on on one of my carb days.

  1. Can go try one of these days as the menu looks extensive. Before they are gone too fast! Change is the only constance, even more so after Covid. This reminds me of the English song "Another one bite the dust". Haiz...(Let out a sigh)

  3. I miss Malaysia. My mom went JB with her Kaki(s) just recently. And she took a lot of photos to show me. Some living conditions looked "run-down" from the exterior.

    1. I tried fried sweet potato with plum powder at another eatery and thought it tasted funny. Plain is better.

  5. This Taiwanese Eatery is not really totally all Taiwan Food, cos got your favorite - Vinegar Pork Knuckles. No wonder the Top Chinese Words (3 chinese characters) for that section of the menu say "Not Taiwanese enough". Lol! Hah hah. Hopefully they do well so you/you and your partner got chance to try.

  6. Thank you for sharing the menu with us. I don't think I have ever been to that row of shops facing that highway. The menu has so many nice dishes, quite similar to WaTaiwan menu but WaTaiwan menu has less items. Looking forward to your review of the dishes there. Have a good week ahead 😊 🌺 🌞
