One Saturday afternoon I was feeling peckish so I made my way to Piii Eatery.
There was an item that I wanted to try - the Signature Kicap Pedas Chicken Rice Bowl.
I am a sucker for anything "kicap pedas".
I looked pretty much like the other chicken rice bowl that I had previously.
I must say that I absolutely loved the kicap pedas chicken. It should be elevated to the same status as Korean fried chicken hee...hee...
Speaking of which I did order a side of Crispiii Korean Chicken Poppers (Korean Spicy Chili).
It was tasty although I found the sweet spicy sauce overwhelming.
I also had an iced coffee.
After my meal I went to the mall.
I noted that Thai Tai is still closed (more than a week already).
Are they in trouble? We shall see.
That day I clocked up more than 10,000 steps. Well done, madam!
I super love runny fried egg. I love eggs in any form. My first choices will be runny fried egg, steamed egg or omelette. Last will be hard boiled egg. I am having soy sauce chicken, luncheon meat and eggs for my chap fan lunch today. Costs S$4 with white rice. I know luncheon meat are processed food but I just love them.
ReplyDeleteThai Tai, what a name for a Thai restaurant. So creative.
I love luncheon meat too! It is all right to eat luncheon meat once in a while.
DeleteI love luncheon meat when they are in cut cube forms.
ReplyDeleteAnd when they are fried hee..hee...
DeleteOh, same level as SK fried chicken means the kicap pedas chicken is very very spicy π₯π₯΅ is it?
ReplyDeleteNo, meaning it is just as delicious as K-chicken.
DeleteDish like this must have it with rice, very dangerous for you (and me as well). >_<
ReplyDeleteVery true! LOL!
DeleteLol...how come a Korean restaurant has kicap pedas chicken...a localised version? Maybe next time you can get the soy-based (& garlic, my favourite) flavour for the Korean fried chicken which should be more savoury than sweet.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is not a Korean restaurant. It's some kind of fusion cafe. I have tried their soy garlic chicken and that was very good too.
