DJ Eateries To Visit

The heat has very unforgiving for the past few days. It did rain here and there but that did not help cool the temperature.

I had eggs for breakfast before going to buy chicken rice for mum.

A mix and match of 4 onsen eggs and two scrambled eggs and an iced latte.

Then I took a walk to check what other cafe or restaurants are in the Damansara Jaya neighborhood.

Baker's Barn Bakery & Cafe.

Original coffee and "interesting" coffee. I know I will stick to the classic.

They also have the Weekday Breakfast Set - English Breakfast and Big Brekkie Breakfast with a free cup of coffee or tea.

There is also a Weekday Lunch Set which looks very attractive.

I'll drop by one day.

And then there is this Ah Niu Penang Authentic Food. Hmmm!

This is an eatery that I should visit too.

Or I'll suggest to my partner that we come for dinner one day.

Then I went to the chicken rice stall at YuYiee and snapped a picture of their price list.

When I got back to Damansara Utama, I was right. Seven Street Asian Tapas Cuisine is no more.

It is now Lucille

Then I saw this kittie outside Nasi Ayam Hailam. I'm glad this kittie is being fed.

  1. Dear friend, the eggs look delicious! So sorry you are experiencing this heat and humidity. It was like that all summer here in Montreal but thank God we are now getting relief in the form of rain and more comfortable temperatures. The kitty is so sweet! Lucille has a colourful and attractive sign! As always, I also appreciate the quote!

  3. The two weekday breakfast set....I had to do a double-take and look again coz they looked like the same photo. It's like the game when you're given two almost identical pics...and asked to spot the differences...lol! :D P/S: Did you just spot the Asian Tapas the other day? And that kitty got fed nasi ayam hailam...lol!

    1. Oh, not the same at all hah..hah... My food is usually same old same old, so they look similar. Yes, the Asian Tapas took over from another eatery and lasted only a few months. New signboard is up - Lucille.
