Carb Day : Steamed Bread

I was at Yitcha Kaw Kaw Kopitiam again for breakfast.

I was thinking of getting the steamed bread with butter and kaya instead of toast. But I must also eat some protein.

Two soft boiled eggs.

My favorite drink, iced Kopi C. I always stick to the tried and tested.

Oh! This is how the steamed bread with butter and kaya was served. The bread was warm, soft and very floppy.

So I spread the kaya and plonked the butter sticks on the bread.

Of course it was very nice, soft bread with butter and kaya. But without the eggs, I doubt if I would be satiated. I love bread - hopelessly!

On my walk back to Damansara Utama, I spotted this unusual looking cat. It had this big black patch at the center of its face.

It looked like it had a bell painted on its nose.

When I got closer, the poor dear bolted hah...hah... Bye bye kittie! Hope I bump into you again.

  9. Steamed or toasted bread with kaya & butter is always good...but if there were soft-boiled eggs involved, I'd prefer toasted so that I can dunk them into the creamy eggs.
