Sunday (I confess) I was very tempted to order ayam gepuk via Grabfood .

Yesterday evening I had air fried beef trimmings and vegetables for dinner.

Boring post about my steak packed lunchbox. LOL!

So far Sundays, my meals are the usual air fried meat and vegetables.

I bought some more mushrooms because they are so delicious hah..hah...

Last Friday, I picked up two boxes of mushrooms from Jaya Grocer , one brown and one white.

Sunday, as usual I was at Aeon with my partner.

I have (again) decided (for the time being, don't know how long this enthusiasm will last) to cook my lunch in the mornings.

Not that I ate non-stop the whole day hah..hah...

At home I am carnivore-keto most of the time.

Last Sunday at Aeon , there was a Crazy Deal going on. How crazy?

Now that I have found my favorite meal combo which is so easy to cook, I cook it very often.

I got lucky the other day when I found some very fatty beef trimmings at Jaya Grocer .

Lately I have been trying to eat in, making some effort to cook my own food.

Can I call this a salad? After all a salad is a mix of ingredients - usually veggies and meat with a dressing (sauce).

Nothing exciting for sure.

Last week I asked my partner "Is next Tuesday a holiday?".

Although I am no longer strictly (or largely) carnivore, I still love meat and my diet is still mainly meat based.

For the first time in my (blogging) life, I received a complimentary product for review.

The other day I went home early. I don't do that very often.
