Later in the evening I was at Red Kettle with my partner for our weekly datenite.

I had my favorite Grilled Chicken Salad.
This is the best salad on the menu (in my opinion). My partner said he would try it next time. In fact he said it looked better than the (Sante Fe Chicken) salad at Chilli's hah..hah..
I chose to add tempeh simply because I love tempeh.

Hi dear friend, I just saw your comment in response to mine on your last post about stray cats. Yes, I cannot fathom that there are so many stray cats roaming the streets in many parts of the world, including here. Very sad. And outdoor cats do not live as long as indoor cats, especially if they are not spayed or neutered. There are so many dangers out there for them...dogs can attack and/or kill them, they can be hit by a vehicle, and also can become the victims of human cruelty.
