Lunch.
Medium rare. Cooked in the air fryer at 200 C for 8 minutes (turn at half time) and leave it inside the air fryer for a further 2 minutes on residual heat.
I rested the steak for 10 minutes before slicing. This was my early dinner.
Rice at the bottom topped with steak, sauerkraut and kimchi.
So good! I love my Sunday meals. Even though it is the same old thing. Maybe this Sunday I will change it up a bit.
Ah Boi was in a pensive mood that afternoon.
If only I could read her mind!

DeleteIf you didn't mention you had rice at the bottom of the steak, kimchi & sauerkraut, we wouldn't have known. Eh, how come you needed rice this time? You used to just do with the 3 items for a fulfilling meal.

DeleteDear PH, the quote is so true! And when people left you after that, you wish them good and do not talk badly about them to other people and jn public. Thank them for bringing you fold memories and happy times. If they were there in your life to teach lessons, learn and thank them for it. When you and them were destined to part after many years or just a few years because of misunderstanding, part and let karma do the rest of the job. You do not need to react to it.
