I have been very hard working. Cooking in the early hours of morning. Like preparing for sahur LOL!
Local beef trimmings, marinated with curry and turmeric powder and then air fried.
And minced beef omelette.
Today's lunch was again minced beef omelette.
I admit, it is too much work. Bah! LOL!

Keeping you in my mind dear friend PH, lovely blooms which is good exercise to burn off any possible blood glucose. My way is direct, just don't take any sweet stuff, lol, nowadays I cannot handle sweet stuff, you will see my face "twisted" if it is too sweet lol!
