Roasted Potatoes

Who loves potatoes? I hear many "me! me! me!" hah...hah...

These potatoes were roasted in December 2025 when I was misbehaving and eating carbs (too often).

Do you believe that? 25% less carbs. But it is still carbs, 25% less notwithstanding.

I washed the potatoes.

Then boiled the potatoes for maybe 15 minutes or so. Then I drained the potatoes.

I mixed some olive oil, crushed garlic and salt and tossed the potatoes (using my hands) to coat the potatoes with the mixture.

Then it was off to the air fryer at 180C for 15-20 minutes tossing from time to time for even cooking.

The potatoes were tender and the best part were the crispy garlic.

Of course I did not eat them all at one go (even though I wanted to LOL!). I stored the roasted potatoes in the fridge to be eaten in a few days.

With steak.

With kimchi, eggs, pork and some rice.

Potatoes are delicious. Haiz....

Yup, cut down on carb intake tsk! tsk! tsk!

  6. Dear friend, I echo Mun's comment in thanking you for sharing the details on how you made the potatoes. I am new to an air fryer, as you know, so your information helps me a lot on knowing which temperature and amount of time needed.
