Mystery Chicken

Hands up, my fellow food bloggers, those of you who find a photo in your folder and then cannot remember the recipe. Or that the dish ever existed. No? Then I must be the only one who is senile.

I was looking through my photos to see if I have any cakes or dishes which I have yet to post. And I found this magnificent looking chicken.

I say, so symmetrical.

What spice paste was that? It looks delicious but I cannot remember eating any glistening yellow chicken lately.

What about these?

They can't be any good if I don't remember their existence. I do vaguely remember using the Moroccan seasoning that had been sitting in the fridge.

From now on I must write up my blog post after I have cooked and taken pictures. Or at the very least, put them in a draft post with a title.

  1. Moroccan grilled chicken is very nice. We have a stall here, an African man married to a local, selling that at his stall.

  3. Your roast chicken always look so beautiful although I don't think the roast chicken legs belong to the same roast chicken! O_o So, you have two mystery chickens! :D

I'm amazed how two persons can finish one. I never ever roast a whole chicken coz it'll take us days to finish (plus after the chicken leg and wings, nobody wants the rest of the chicken) >.<

    2. Hi Zoe! Don't worry, take your time. I watched Alan's segment and though I can't understand Mandarin, I enjoyed the show and even had a few laughs!

  5. Lol! You are funny.

I always save the photos and put the draft in case I forget. And go back to the draft and do the write up. I hate putting it on hold as I would forget what it was. Hahaha!

Your roasted chicken was so so good. Love the colour.
